About G.E Davis Inc Nonprofit

G.E. Davis Inc. is a 501(c)(3) Christ-centered nonprofit advancing health equity by addressing the roots of career burnout—especially among Black women whose journeys often begin in trauma-filled childhoods. We bridge the gap between personal healing and policy/procedure, because lasting change requires both a renewed mind and righteous systems.
“Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” — Romans 12:2
What We Believe
-
Trauma has a timeline. Childhood adversity (abuse, grief, family mental illness, community violence) follows girls into school, work, and leadership—often maturing into moral distress, compassion fatigue, and burnout.
-
Faith is foundational. We cannot do this work apart from God. Our approach is Christ-centered, prayerful, and Scripture-anchored.
-
Procedure protects. Policy, procedure, and performance standards—done right—are pathways to equity, not obstacles.
-
Black women matter. We name and confront systemic racism and bias while building practical skills to protect peace, health, and employability.

Our Mission
To lead youth into Christ-centered healing and future readiness—spiritual, personal, and professional—so they can thrive in school, work, and community without suffering career burnout later.

Meet our President & Founder
Glennae Davis is a registered nurse, health equity strategist, and author with over 25 years in healthcare. Through her company, RX for Life, she empowers professionals and students to rethink chronic stress, dismantle bias, and prevent burnout.

As the founder of GE Davis Inc., she has built a trusted platform where healthcare workers and protected-class professionals find evidence-based tools, legal strategies, and compassionate support.

She launched this nonprofit to ensure that frontline caregivers and marginalized communities have access to the recovery skills, advocacy, and equity-focused education they need to protect their purpose—and their health.
Letter from the Founder
Dear Nurse,
Whether you’re on the floor, in leadership, or at home trying to figure out if you can return to work—I see you.
I created this nonprofit to give you what I didn’t have when I needed it most: a roadmap to recover your license, your dignity, and your future. You are not your diagnosis. You are not your burnout. You are a healer who deserves healing.
GE Davis Inc. is where nurse recovery becomes policy. Where workplace stress becomes a pathway to purpose. And where your voice will not only be heard—it will be protected.
Let’s build it together.
With grace and grit,Glennae Davis, RN, BSNFounder & Executive Director, GE Davis Inc.
